This partnership will allow for program exchanges, information sharing, and preservation efforts. A ceremony was held on April 30, 2026 at the North Shore CDC.		*In 2026, Salem was chosen as the very first city for an Ambassador City partnership with the National Hispanic Cultural Center (NHCC). This partnership focuses on promoting, protecting, and advancing the arts and culture in Latino communities. NHCC is based in Albuquerque.
