*The movie is based on a novel by Marjorie Kellogg, who also wrote the screenplay. It is about a California nurse. Kellogg described the plot as a love story about three handicapped people who meet in a hospital and learn to live with their problems.
*They filmed at the Salem Hospital for a week and then filmed in the Boston and north of Boston area for eight weeks.
*The movie featured a "scandalous" nude scene in the Braintree cemetery.
*It was released in movie theaters in 1970.
