Candy company on Derby Street which is known for its old-fashioned candies, Gibralters and Black jacks, a licorice based candy. Advertised as America's oldest candy company, their history dates back to 1806, when an English woman named Spencer was shipwrecked and landed in Salem. She started making Gibralters which the sailors took on their voyages.
