Stephen S. Haswell, Jr. (1851-1928) ran a photography studio in Salem on 214 1/2 Essex St. in approximately the 1880's and the 1890's. Born in Fairhaven, Mass., he moved to Salem in 1885 after marrying Fannie Pierce. They had a son born 1899.
He moved to Danvers in 1901 where he later died in 1928. He was buried in Acushnet.
