Deacon Giles Distillery was located where 32 Front Street is today. The present building was built c 1860 and renovated in 1977. It has a mansard roof.

This brick building stands on the site of what was originally Abel Lawrence's and then Deacon Giles' Distillery.

It was owned by the Chamberlain family until the turn of the century.
