Arthur G. Richardson, the Boston architect who resided in Salem designed some notable homes here. He died on Jan. 26th, 1941.

Some of the houses he designed are the Walter K. Bigelow house (220 Lafayette St.), George Morrill house (2 Cedar St.), B. Parker Babbidge House,(12 Fairfield St.)
