Remond Park

Remond Park lies at the foot of Bridge Street.

A ribbon cutting will occur on June 20, 2016 for the city's newest waterfront park named after Salem born abolitionists and siblings Sarah Parker Remond and Charles Lenox Remond.

Remond Park will transform a stretch of currently vacant asphalt into a fully landscaped public space, complete with flagpole, trees, and public harbor walk and fishing area.
