Au Gratin opened on December 14, 2024 at 60 Washington St., at the site of the former Boston Hot Dog restaurant.

Au Gratin closed for business on 3/14/26, citing health issues of owner Mike Denk as the reason for the closure. The space will be used to expand Odd Meter Coffee Co. which has retail space next door.
