Martha Brailsford of the Salem Willows, was murdered on July 15, 1991.

Currently, Thomas J. Maimoni was found guilty of second degree murder on Feb. 13, 1993.

Margaret Press has written a non-fiction book about the murder and trial called Counterpoint: a murder in Massachusetts Bay.
