The First Spiritualist Church in Salem is on 34 Warren St.

Founded in 1894, they belong to the denomination of Modern Spiritualism, a religion, science and philosophy that began in 1848.

For 40 years their pastor was Gladys Worsencroft, an ordained minister of the National Spiritualist Association of Churches since 1954.
