Titus Furniture Co. operated at 65 Jefferson Avenue until the building was razed in 2006. The building and 2 acre property were purchased by EMR Drywall, which is next door on Jefferson Ave.

The company explained that they had no immediate plans for the site but wanted to remove the structure they considered to be dangerous.
