Arthur Francis Harlow (Dec.31,1872-Apr.18,1930)

Artist Arthur Harlow was an impressionist in Salem, Massachusetts in the early 20th century. He was a member of the Guild of Boston Artists, founded in 1914.

Other references reveal that in 1915 he was a member of the Committee on Fine Arts of the Essex Institute in Salem, Massachusetts, and in 1913 a member of the Society of Colonial Wars in Boston. There are

indications of an association with Salem, Massachusetts, artist Frank Weston Benson 1862-1951, and with The Guild of Boston Artists, which was started in 1914.
