Free basic tax return preparation to qualified individuals
The Salem Public Library, North Shore Community Development Coalition, and Salem State University are partnering to provide income tax preparation to qualified individuals with the assistance of volunteers who must take and pass tax law training that meets or exceeds IRS standards.
